I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I will always give you a grace period - if you don’t cancel within 24 hours the first time, no worries! Please understand though, if it does happen again I will charge full price of the missed service.
